Start buys one deliverable, not a programme of work. Pick the variant that matches what is actually missing — the scope of each one is written out below and does not drift once the work has begun.
One page, responsive down to a 375 px phone, with an enquiry form that reaches your inbox. We connect your domain and hosting and lay in the basic SEO markup — titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags and a sitemap.
A review of the code or site you already have: performance, security and code quality. You receive a written report of five to eight pages with a prioritised list of problems, each one described so that any developer can pick it up.
A parser, a data export or processing job, report generation from Excel or CSV files, or an automated mailing. The recurring manual task your team does by hand every week, replaced by something that runs on a schedule.
Ten hours of fixes and changes on an existing project. Bugs, small features, content updates, speed work — you set the order of the list, and every hour is logged and reported back to you.
One package covers one variant. If two of them are genuinely needed, we quote them as two Start packages or move you to Business — whichever is cheaper for you.
These three are what keep Start at €500 and inside a working week. Anything larger — a multi-page site with a CMS, a bot, two systems that have to talk to each other — belongs in the Business package.

A 30–45 minute conversation, then a one-page document: the variant, the deliverables, the exclusions, the access we need and the delivery date. Nothing is built and nothing is invoiced until you approve that page.
The work itself, on a staging link that is live from the first day. One short written update each day, so you never have to ask how it is going. Questions are batched, not fired at you one at a time.
Your two rounds of revisions, then deployment to your hosting, the repository, credentials and a hand-over note. The invoice follows delivery, and you have fourteen days to report anything that does not match the scope.

Any of these means Business or Pro. We will say so in the first conversation rather than three days into a package that was always too small.
